Knowing what you know now, what career advice would you give your younger self?
Here is my list 😊
1.   Focus on learning and accelerating your learning curve. Do learn a foreign language or a skill that you may or may not use at work.
2.   Take failures in stride and own them. They teach you far more than success.
3.   Do not stress over deadlines. Plan your work to meet deadlines and flag it to your manager if you are unable to meet the deadline for any reason.
4.   Back yourself to deliver complex work. Even if you fail, you are strides ahead of everyone in terms of skills acquired.
5.   Work out of your comfort zone earnestly. Growth is guaranteed.
6.   Do not get demotivated by negative comments from others. Use it as a fuel to skyrocket your performance.
7.   Career is a marathon, not a sprint. If you are behind someone now doesn’t mean a thing. All that matters is the position at which you finish the marathon. In the end you will realize that you were only racing against yourself throughout your life.
8.   Focus on healthy body and healthy mind. Only this can ensure peak performance at work.
9.   Take time to enjoy and share your success with your close ones. No matter how big or small the success is.
10. Do not focus on Work-Life balance, but rather prioritize your Life-Work balance. Work is a part of Life and not the other way around.
